RETURNS

If the shoes doesn't fit you can return the shoes and get money back. You have to send an email here info@2123brand.com until one week when you have receive the shoes. 

EMAIL TEXT: In the email of the return you have to write

- Number of your order

- Your general contact info (Name, Surname)

- The Motivation of your return

- Picture of the shoes and the sole of this one

All our shoes are handmade in Italy so are unique pieces the maximum time for the request of the return are 6 working days. 

The Return is Free in Italy and Europe. 

The Return is not Free in USA and Rest of the World.
